Class minimums: All classes must
have a minimum of four (4) paying participants in order to run. If the class minimum is not met for a particular clinic,
it will be the option of those players that have signed up whether or not they would like to participate in the class at the
semi-private lesson rate, or switch to another day.
Multi-student discount: Families with 2 or
more students in MTA clinics will receive a 10% discount for each clinic. This discount applies only to clinics that
run by the session. Single day clinics do not receive a discount.
Class admittance / move-ups:
All new players must have a verbal, and potentially on-court, evaluation from a member of the MTA staff in order to determine
placement into the proper class. We do not want students being bored by less advanced players, nor do we want
them to be overwhelmed by those who are more advanced. Likewise, all move-ups to higher level classes must be approved
by the MTA staff.

Make-up policy: All clinics, unless otherwise stated,
run in sessions. Players will be given the option to make up a class if 1.) there was good reason for missing class
AND 2.) a minimum of 24 hours notice was given about missing said class. If both of these criteria are met, classes can be made up in the same class level on another day. Make-ups must be approved
by the pro and must not cause that class to exceed the class maximum. All make-ups must be completed within
the session that the class was missed.
Refunds: MTA does not offer refunds except
in extreme cases. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about refunds. Weather: Only MTA can cancel a class because of weather. In the case of
bad weather, class participants must call MTA at 704-491-1846. We will change our message to reflect any changes in
class schedules.
