LEVEL I (beginner to 2.5) This clinic is for new players or those who have not played in a while. Focus is on general fundamentals, learning
to rally and keep score and developing basic match play knowledge.
LEVEL II (2.5 - 3.5)
Players can rally, but are looking to gain consistency and develop weapons. Class will focus primarily on
point play, match strategy, aerobic activity and fun.
LEVEL III (3.5
- 4.0) Players play regular matches on leagues, teams or challenge ladders. Players
can maintain consistent rallies with good pace and have begun to develop and use weapons. Class focus is on continued
development of weapons, advanced strategies and conditioning.
LEVEL IV (4.0 AND ABOVE) This clinic is for the advanced player who competes regularly in tournaments
or leagues. Players can hit with and handle considerable pace. Focus is on spins, specialty shots, advanced strategy
and developing multiple game plans.
CARDIO TENNIS (2.0 to 5.0) For players of all levels. This hour-long clinic is a very intense workout. Players will hit tons of
balls and do a lot of moving. Dynamic movement and agility drills as well as some plyometric exercises will be used.
