Our goal at Midwood Tennis Academy is to teach our players to
compete with honesty, integrity and confidence; to show our players that the goal isn't to win, but to play to the best
of our abilities and to be the best person we can be. We strive to build confident, honest, courageous individuals who
display strong character in all aspects of their lives, and who are capable of overcoming adversity, resolving conflicts and
being proud of who they are and what they stand for regardless of the outcome of a tennis match.
Tennis is more than just a game. There are so many things
that can be gained, even learned, from tennis. Tennis can provide exercise, stress relief and camaraderie. Tennis
can teach integrity, confidence and sportsmanship. Click here to see what CORE VALUES TENNIS CAN TEACH, and why TENNIS IS THE WORLD'S TOUGHEST SPORT.
